The 76ers led by Wilt Chamberlain and Chet Walker outscored the Bucks in every quarter to take Game 1 and the lead in the All-Time Final. Chamberlain scored 28 and had 18 rebounds as well as holding down the Bucks' Kareem who was held to 17 points and 8 rebounds. Seven total 76ers scored in double digits to only five Bucks thus giving them a massive advantage in the game as well as getting more rebounds and steals that always helps the team that wins those battles in a game.
