The '71 Bucks came into Chicago and took Game 1 as Kareem and Oscar Robertson led a total team effort in scoring as they kept the Bulls away from the lead in the 4th quarter. Michael Jordan's 31 points along with Scottie Pippen's 30 weren't enough to help the Bulls as the Bucks' defense kept the rest of the '96 players from adding anything significant to help the top-seeded team in the playoffs. The Bucks victory now gives them home-court advantage that could away from the Bulls.
