All-Time NBA Playoff Semifinals

Game 4
Philadelphia- (2) '72 Lakers 144, (3) '67 76ers 142 (Tied 2-2)

For the second game in a row, the Lakers held onto a 4th quarter lead but just barely and tied the series at 2 a piece. The 76ers got within two points of the Lakers an multiple occasions after starting the 4th down 15, thanks to the efforts of Chet Walker who scored a majority of his game-leading 39 points in the 4th. But the 76ers defense wasn't up to the challenge of the Lakers, who had seven men in double-digits. Now the series becomes a best of 3 affair with the winner facing the '71 Bucks in the All-Time Finals.
