Summary
The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets won a back and forth game against the Missouri Tigers in their 4 vs. 5 Rockne Regional 2nd Round encounter as the Jackets used home field advantage to comeback to either tie or take the lead twice in the 2nd half to stop the upset attempt by the Tigers. The 3-seeded Oklahoma State Cowboys survived a pour first quarter and a half before stopping 11-seeded UConn's upset attempt in their Camp Region match-up.

Meanwhile the Bryant #1 seeded Florida Gators and the Robinson #4 seeded Cincinnati Bearcats had no trouble with West Virginia or Wisconsin respectively to advance to the Sweet Sixteen.
