I'd like to take this moment to congratulate the Miami Heat in winning the 2006 NBA Championship. However, despite their victory they will not be joining the select group that will compete for the All-Time NBA Playoffs. Here are the sixteen teams in their first round match-ups:

After each round, the teams will be 'reseeded' to assure the best team is identified through the playoffs just like the All-Time Stanley Cup Playoffs going on right now.
