Hello everyone, I'm back for another post on my blog.

Basically I'm going to be complaining about how the WWE got its butt saved by their employees in the ring from the God-awful storytelling that led up to the biggest show of the year, WrestleMania XXII.

First off the Main Event, WWE Championship: John Cena defeated HHH via submission....

What the fucking hell!!! The announcers have been trying to save face for Cena for weeks and instead of giving the title to Triple H like they fucking should have, they let Cena go over, even though the crowd was clearly on H's side.

Now the aftermath so far has been good. Edge after beating Mick Foley, has gotten back into the title picture but Triple H hasn't left. At Backlash Cena defends the title against Triple H and Edge. Now so far the interaction between these three have been great and unless the writer monkeys fucking mess things up, it'll lead to a good match at Backlash were Triple H will win the title, most likely by beating Edge to save face for Cena for some anul reason like trying to protect him when the crowd already hates his guts.

My last entry on the blog, I said it would be better to have Edge defending the WWE Title against Triple H at WrestleMania while Cena remolded himself against Mick Foley. In the long run it would have been better because, while Triple H would have professed not liking what the crowd thought about him, he would still be cheered ala Ric Flair in the late 80s and early 90s and Stone Cold in late '96 and early '97 or The Rock in early '99 after WrestleMania XV. During all those times, the people backstage gave the crowd what they wanted and got fucking rich. But the writer monkeys today blew the chance for some $$$.

World Heavyweight Title Match: Rey Mysterio defeated Randy Orton and Kurt Angle pinning Orton.

The WWE decided to do the right thing and give Mysterio the title after the crap they made him endure with Orton since winning the Royale Rumble, especially in pinning Orton. Now with two months to prepare for Judgment Day, the WWE is either setting up an Mysterio-Angle match with Kurt turning heel in winning the King of the Ring tournament or a Mysterio-Batista angle that'll go along the lines of what the Batista-Guerrero feud would have been like. Either way it looks to be promising. This is going to be Mysterio's time at least until May, but later on in this entry I think the WWE could be setting up something special in June.

Women's Championship: Mickie James pinned Trish Stratus

While this wasn't an unexpected, the timing and storytelling to it totally sucked. The writer monkeys should have had Mickie win the title at New Year's Revolution or the Royale Rumble after she felt betrayed by Trish then turn into pseudo-Trish. Now with Trish becoming pseudo-Mickie and starting fucking mind games we're getting the storyline we should have going into WrestleMania. An insane champion getting even more psychiced out by her challenger who she decided to become only for her challenger to reverse everything on her. I just hope this storyline lasts into the middle of summer so Trish wins the title at Vengeance setting up an end all match at SummerSlam.

Money in the BaNk II: RVD gets the title shot

It all looked like Flair was going to win, setting up a Triple H-Flair match possibly at Vengeance or SummerSlam. But the WWE tricked us as Shelton Benjamin stole the show and RVD won the match. The Smackdown! guys didn't figure into this match and well they shouldn't considering everything. The major mistake was not having Booker T in the match to give it a little credibility on the Smackdown side, but the writer monkey's stuck him with the Boogyman.

But RVD's winning could mean that unlike Edge, he might not be waiting as long to cash in on his title shot. In June the second ECW One Night Stand will take place and unlike last year, RVD is healthy and will be able to compete at it. Now last year, Edge won MitB I to get a shot at the World Heavyweight Title that Batista held however when John Cena came over from Smackdown and Batista went to SD, Edge's title shot was then for the WWE Championship. Add to the fact that MitB II had fighters from both brands and you might have a big angle for ECW ONS.

Now rumor has it that'll be Triple H defending the WWE Championship against RVD at ONS and that isn't a bad call, RVD could win and hold the title for a few weeks before losing it back to HHH at Vengeance. But the smarter move could be a World Heavyweight Title match between Rey Mysterio and RVD at ECW One Night Stand. To men who were in ECW battling for the title, which if you were an ECW fan would make you by the PPV.

My scenario would be that Mysterio faces either Angle at Judgment Day or faces US Champion JBL in a title-vs-title or just plain World Heavyweight Title match. Batista would have returned by Judgment Day and is facing Angle in a battle of former champions who haven't gotten their rematches yet for the #1 Contendership. Mysterio wins as does Batista the next Friday Night Smackdown, Rey and Batista start talking about the Great American Bash when out come RVD with the briefcase. RVD then says, "Hey guys, I don't mean to interrupt, but before the G.A.B. there happens to a be a huge EXTREME event happening next month and it's called ECW One Night Stand. And since I'm Mr. Money in the Bank I've decided to cash in my title shot that night for the World Heavyweight Title.

At ECW One Night Stand, it'll basically be face vs. face but ECW fans won't care as the two will probably bring down the house before RVD wins. RVD and Mysterio do a respect thing in the middle of the ring.

Then you have several ways you can go with this.

1) a straight RVD vs. Batista match with Batista as a tweener, but wins the title then faces Angle at SummerSlam where Mysterio finishs a little fued with Orton to set up a Batista-Mysterio match at No Mercy where Batista turns heel on his friend Rey pissing of Beniot, RVD, possibly Lashley, and several other faces who like Rey. An injury storyline could be done or something.

2) a triple threat match as between RVD-Batista-Mysterio where Mysterio is taken out of the equation by Angle as Batista pins RVD to win the title at GAB. Angle then demands his title rematch from WrestleMania and Rey is pissed off that his rematch hasn't been honored leading to

a) another Triple Threat match with Angle substituted for RVD which Batista wins after accidently taking Mysterio out of the equation and leading to him successfully defending the title. Only to lead to a match between the two at No Mercy where Batista turns heel on Rey.

b) Batista vs. Angle at SummerSlam after Kurt beats Rey for the match only for Rey to screw Angle. The two have a brief little feud in which Rey gets a title shot at No Mercy only for Batista to turn heel.

3) an RVD-Batista-Mysterio match at GAB where Angle gets involved by taking RVD out of the equation leading to Batista wanting "his title back" destroys Rey and does a cocky pin to win the title. RVD challenges Batista for SummerSlam or a pissed of Rey does, either way Batista retains. Chris Beniot then comes back into the title picture as the possible Royale Rumble winner as RVD gets Batista at No Mercy. The Undertaker at Armaggedon and Royale Rumble with Lashley possibly at the US Champion looking to gain World Title gold as well.

Basically coming out of WrestleMania XXII in Chicago, the WWE could if they get their fucking writer monkey act together could have a killer Smackdown! Main Event for WrestleMania XXIII from Detroit.
